Win ANZPT Seat At PokerStars Freeroll

As the newly inaugurated PokerStars North American Poker Tour (NAPT) and United Kingdom and Ireland Poker Tour (UKIPT) are well underway and making new poker champions for the history books, another PokerStars venture in sponsored live major big money land-based poker tour series’, the Australia New Zealand Poker Tou (ANZPT) is looking for one worthy PokerStars player to fill some free seats. A year of them, that is. And literally for free.

Poker Stars is running freeroll tournaments now to find one lucky player to send on the Australia New Zealand Poker Tour for a full season. The promotion is called Dream Job Australia, and whoever wins it will get free seats to their choice of ANZPT events, with a total purse of $40,000 to spend on tournament buy-ins. The player will also receive a $5,000 per month salary for a full year. The total PokerStars Dream Job Australia promotion has a value of $100,000.

PokerStars Dream Job Australia freeroll tournaments start March 1 and run from Saturday through Thursday up through March 26. Then, on each Friday during the promotion period (starting March 5 and including March 26), PokerSrars will hold weekly finals for the Saturday, March 27 Grand Final, each weekly final sending 18 players to the Grand Final.

But winning the Dream Job Australia isn’t as simple as winning the final tournament. Instead, the top 10 finalists from the March 27 Dream Job Australia Grand Final will have to prove their poker knowledge, meet with Team PokerStars Australia at the ANZPT Sydney where they’ll spend 6 weeks trying to win the PokerStars community’s votes for the grand prize winner.
