World Series - Championship Gold Bracelets

June 22, 2007

So the WSOP has been underway since the start of June and so far not so much as a mention on this blog …

Hell scrawnybob is this a poker blog or not ?

Well yes and no

Of course this is a poker blog but I’m a realist, 4kingpokerblog cannot try and compete with the big boys in poker news reporting - With a cast of millions (nearly), 10’s of reporters, chip counters at their disposal etc etc there are frankly much better places for you to get up to date info on the event like here …

Pokernews - Damn good at it and with exclusive live chip counts

WorldSeriesofPoker - The horse’s mouth

So rather than run around trying to do a poor man’s version I’m sticking with my random rants & related poker stuff.

But for those of you who who havent got time read through the hours of fine resources available covering all 55 World Series events in the greatest of detail - I’ve decided to do some quick news posts on the main site with a summary of the 12 (13 if you count the seniors event) Gold World Championship Bracelet Events …

There are some YouTube videos on some of them and I’ll try to add more when I get a chance
In the meantime I doff my cap to the guys over at WickedChopsPoker blog (man I wish I had the staff) with probably the best off the wall WSOP story so far …
